Tecnoter is able to produce items in small and medium scale of industrialization, projecting specific solutions in real time and in cooperation with the customer’s engineering. Kits are designed considering the possibility of future upgrades and paying particular attention to solutions that simplify the installing operations.
All kits will be produced in three versions:

| O series "Similar to genuine": permits to change every part of the kit with a genuine spare part, consenting a restricted stock and excluding any difference between machines equipped with Tecnoter's kits and others factory fitted. N series "High quality": the best seller series. Made with the best products and materials, have a lower price than O series but permits more configurations and solutions. Parts, valves and assembled blocks interchangeable with the genuine ones are used where possible. E series "Best price": designed to optimise costs safeguarding high quality and superior oil-hydraulic efficiency. Particularly appreciated by emergent economies and to retail to the end-user. |

Each kit contains a copy of user's manual, parts book, installation manual and CE certificate. Moreover, the kits related to the "security" of the excavator (check valves, overload sensors, operator identification systems, alarm systems, etc.) can be completed with the certifications needed to operate according to the local laws. Different and special certifications can be
provided on specific request. |

| The large network of
authorized dealers, the presence on stock of a large
part of spare parts and the utilization of components
produced by the most important manufacturers,
allow easy and fast services operations. The help desk service operated by phone and email plus the new on-line service TC Connect ensure quick solutions 24h/day. Moreover, on request, Tecnoter is able to offer high specialized hydraulic assistances and the presence of consultants and engineers directly on customer's site in every part of the world. |
